The menu at Village Diner is a treasure trove of indulgence and creativity, especially when it comes to breakfast. Imagine savoring the Root Beer Float Pancake with its playful fusion of sweet, creamy, and fluffy layers, or the Chocolate Chip Waffle oozing with melty chocolate, brightened by a side of piping hot coffee that customers often rave about for its robust, full-bodied flavor that defies the weak, watery standard typically found in diners.

If savory is your preference, the That Fried Chicken Sandwich is an unequivocal star—crispy, juicy chicken paired with perfectly balanced seasonings. Fans also flock to the Carolina BBQ Turkey Melt served with crispy onion rings, while breakfast lovers find comfort in the classic Over Easy Eggs with Home Fries and Sourdough Toast or the hearty Homemade Corned Beef Hash. For a bit of international flair, the Greek Omelette and the Mexican Omelette offer vibrant, flavorful options that keep the menu fresh and exciting.

The diner’s dedication to quality extends beyond breakfast. Their burgers, ground fresh in-house daily, stand out for their juicy texture and thoughtful preparation—making the basic cheeseburger a surprisingly memorable indulgence, as one regular enthusiastically noted. The Philly Cheese Steak and the Tuna Melt with Fries round out the menu for lunch or leisurely dinners, each dish crafted with a clear passion for flavor and presentation.

What truly sets Village Diner apart is the seamless blend of down-to-earth dining with a touch of gourmet care, wrapped in genuine hospitality. Customers consistently highlight the fast, polite service and the inviting ambiance that keeps them coming back—some even wishing they could visit every day. It’s a place where the coffee is robust, the pancakes are fluffy clouds of sweetness, and every bite tells a story of culinary care.

In short, Village Diner isn’t just a place to eat; it’s an experience that celebrates the art of classic American food done right. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure you carve out time to enjoy a meal here—you’ll leave fully satisfied, with a happy heart and a yearning to return.

I don't get to come here as often as I'd like. So happy I did this morning. Let's start with the coffee. I typically find coffee at diners weak and more transparent than translucent. Village diner coffee is great!!! Its a really nice, full-body coffee, but still would be enjoyed by most. I got the eggs Benny, a substitute for the Canadian bacon was offered before I even ordered (I prefer regular bacon, but sausage was an option too.) The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, hollandaise was yummy! Home fries came with or without onions and were crispy and super flavorful. I didn't know they made their own hot sauces!!! We were offered a couple to try when we asked for Cholula (which they had as well and happily provided) and when I got excited (I just love a sauce, dip, condiment) our server brought over an entire tub of options for us to try!!! (The jalapeño, Serrano, and Thai were my faves). They are also available to purchase. I love a taste testing. Our coffee cups never went empty, everyone was so warm and kind. The vibe is also fun, with classic and modern rock/alternative playing throughout. Can't wait to come back--They are making breakfast fun here!

Small, local diner with incredible food. We ordered the homemade hash with eggs, a greek omelette and grits with sourdough toast. Everything is homemade, delicious and nothing disappoints. The service was really fast, polite and friendly. Don't write this place off, stop in and become a regular like we will.

Everyone is really nice, great breakfast but this time I tried their fresh ground burger. They have a few different options and specials but I did the basic burger with cheese this time. It really makes all the difference with the care and precision they add to each plate. It’s ground in house and then cooked right away. It is always a solid choice and the burger is one of the best in the area(if not the best)

Cool little "dive" spot. Our waitress was great. Very enthusiastic and suggestive. The food was surprisingly good. I opted for the fried chicken sandwich and I was surprised at how good it was. It's not the prettiest place to eat but the food and service was excellent.

Great food. The wife and I had a wonderful meal and the best sausage gravy we have ever had. This place is a hidden gem. We were served fast and everything was great and a good price. Staff was very nice and fun to talk to.the only downside is they seem to be more popular than they pland the space to be ,it was a little squeezed together, not terrible but tight.
